Risk Management® - RM® - allows initial screening of prospective customers and continuous monitoring throughout the account life cycle to detect potential credit risk exposures, reduce bad debt and avoid fraud. RM® is an indicator-driven system that alarms users and financial managers when traffic and payment patterns need to be reviewed or revised to meet acceptable risk limits. RM® provides carriers with the capability to monitor utilization and payment trends in order to conform to prearranged risk limits, reduce losses, and increase awareness of liabilities.

Two components comprising different evaluation scenarios:

  Automatic alerts when variables go beyond preset thresholds.
  Detect possible irregularities, such as excessive utilization or possible frauds in real-time.
  Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored to each customer: Portfolio average score, deposit guarantees vs. debt, percent of past due accounts, number of prospects accepted vs. rejected, average evaluation time, etc.
  Completely parameterized variables allowing system flexibility and rapid adaptation for any carrier.
