Reconciliation®
RCN-Reconciliation® allows carriers to validate, control , process and compare traffic charges from other carriers against their internal billing records. In this way,
it is possible to accurately determine whether traffic was rated according to the agreements or if any discrepancy exists.
The system detects the differences in the invoices that surpass accepted tolerance levels, and allows information to be exchanged between the carriers involved in order to negotiate non-reconciled traffic.
RCN® makes it possible to streamline reconciliation processes, expedite settlement cycles, reduce operative costs, improve billing accuracy and minimize disputes with other carriers.
