Billing & Collections® (B&C®) was developed as a stand-alone system, which complements existing accounting systems and distinguishes wholesale billing from the retail business. B&C® centralizes the wholesale business, and enables the tracking of a carrier's entire book of business or consolidated service offerings. B&C® provides the functionality for complex discounting, converged billing for all products and services on a single invoice, and integrates the collection process to maximize revenue assurance.
